My name is Theresa Zieger. I have been a licensed massage therapist for 22 years. I passed the Florida state massage exam in 1988 and started working with a chiropractor right away. Being exposed to working with injured patients, I immediately started my studies in neuromuscular therapy to improve my skills. I continued my education and gained much experience utilizing the techniques I learned with Paul St. John and Judith Walker. Over the years I studied John Upledger’s craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, lymphatic drainage massage, perfected my deep tissue skills, and after having children of my own, studied pregnancy massage.
